I am going to retire this year, and I have paid 15 social endowment insurance, but how can I retire without personnel files?

Personnel files have nothing to do with pension collection, but they are related to retirement approval.

1. According to the current regulations, when a person retires, the Social Security Institute will review his/her personnel file, and make clear his/her specific retirement age and time according to the earliest date of birth recorded in his/her personnel file, combined with his/her enrollment type and gender. If there is no file, there is no way to define it and it is impossible to go through retirement procedures.

2. After the parties retire, the files are generally kept by the original unit, which has nothing to do with the pension collection of the parties.
