Personal social security payment methods are as follows:

1, individual application. The applicant holds an ID card, a household registration book and its photocopy, a residence certificate issued by the community, and two recent one-inch bareheaded color photos (non-local household registration personnel should also provide residence permit and its photocopy), fill out the Registration Form for Xi Personal Identity Personnel to Participate in the Basic Old-age Insurance for Enterprise Employees, and apply for insurance to the county public employment agencies and talent exchange centers where the household registration is located or lived;

After filing, the public employment agency or talent exchange center shall apply to the endowment insurance agency for insurance procedures, and the agency shall timely register the applicant for insurance and establish a personal account. The applicant shall pay the old-age insurance premium according to the regulations, which shall be paid by the public employment agency or the talent exchange center.

The method of calculating the length after unemployment is as follows:

1, length of service management of social security bureau, as long as you have social security, you can get a pension after paying 15 years. If you change jobs, social security contributions can be calculated continuously;

2, if the unit only signed a labor contract, did not pay social security, not counting the length of service. However, after leaving the enterprise, you can ask the unit to pay insurance by applying for arbitration;

3, engaged in special types of work and work in a special environment, continuous length of service can be converted. For example, in a high temperature environment, a year can be counted as one year and three months. In toxic and harmful environment, one year counts as one year and six months;

4. At present, there is buyout service in enterprises. Buyout service refers to the behavior of dissolving labor contracts through negotiation by paying high economic compensation by enterprises. The length of service of employees after leaving their jobs is retained, and the standard of economic compensation is determined by enterprises according to their own affordability, which is not limited by the state.

To sum up, if the unemployed continue to pay social security, they can combine the social security payment period with the social security payment period of the previous unit, including the deemed payment period, to calculate individual pension benefits.
