What is the standard of one-time compensation for social security?
Article 5 of the Measures for One-time Compensation for Casualties in Illegal Employment Units (Order No.9 of People's Republic of China (PRC) and Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security) stipulates that, The lump-sum compensation shall be paid according to the following standards: 16 times of the first-level disability compensation base, 14 times of the second-level disability compensation base, 12 times of the third-level disability compensation base, 8 times of the fourth-level compensation base, 6 times of the sixth-level disability compensation base, 4 times of the seventh-level disability compensation base, and 8 times of the fourth-level compensation base. The compensation base mentioned in the preceding paragraph refers to the average annual salary of employees in the industrial injury insurance co-ordination area where the unit is located.
