Can the social security card check the balance on the atm?

You can't. Social security card can't check the balance at ATM. Social security cards include medical insurance accounts and financial accounts. If you want to use a medical insurance account, users need to activate it in a designated medical institution or a designated retail pharmacy; If users need to use financial accounts, they should bring their identity documents and social security cards to the designated bank counter to apply for activation.

Method for inquiring balance of social security card
