How to calculate social security

1. The payment of social insurance is calculated according to the pre-tax salary. The proportion of old-age care is basically the same in the whole country, while other proportions are slightly different, depending on local conditions.

2. The payment amount of social insurance is calculated according to my salary (the basic medical insurance is based on the average salary of the whole city) and the rate, which is shared by enterprises and individuals. Based on the monthly income of 2000 yuan, the individual pays 170.69 yuan, and the enterprise pays 348.48 yuan. If the income is 3,000 yuan, the individual will pay 250.69 yuan and the enterprise will pay 499. 17 yuan.

Endowment insurance: companies (units) bear 20% and individuals bear 8%.

Medical insurance premium: 8% for company (unit), 0/.2%-9.2% for supplementary medical care, and 2% for individual.

Unemployment insurance: company (unit) 2%, individual 1%.

Industrial injury insurance: the company (unit) shall bear 0.6%.

Maternity insurance: borne by the company (unit).

3. All the endowment insurance premiums paid by individual employees are deposited in the personal account of endowment insurance to pay my pension, and shall not be withdrawn in advance before retirement. After reaching the legal retirement age, and the accumulated contribution of the old-age insurance reaches 15 years, you can receive the basic pension on a monthly basis.
