The new policy is: talents who have not settled in Hainan must provide their accumulated social security or personal tax payment records for 24 months in Hainan Province, and their families do not have their own houses in Hainan Province before they can buy 1 apartment in Haikou City.

3. Implement global purchase restriction

The original policy is: if you buy a house in the restricted area of our city, you must provide at least 1 social security or tax payment records of family members who have accumulated in our province for 60 months or more; If you buy a house outside the restricted area, you can provide at least 1 family members' social security or individual tax payment records in our province for 24 consecutive months or more. If you don't own a house in our province, you can buy 1 apartment in our city.

The new policy is: non-Hainan household registration personnel. No longer distinguish between restricted areas and non-restricted areas, and implement regional restrictions. Non-registered families in Hainan Province must buy houses without their own houses in Hainan Province, and provide proof that at least one family member has paid personal income tax or social insurance in Hainan Province for 60 months or more, and can buy 1 house.

4. Divorced people limit purchases

The original policy was: no restrictions.

The new policy is: divorced couples, within 3 years from the date of divorce, if either party purchases commercial housing, the number of houses owned by them shall be calculated according to the total number of houses owned by families in Hainan Province before divorce.
