How to change social security information

Article 15 of the Measures for the Administration of the Record of the Rights and Interests of Individuals in Social Insurance shall set up a special window in the network of social insurance agencies to provide free inquiry services to insured persons and their employers. The insured person to the social insurance agency to inquire about their social insurance individual rights and interests record, need to hold their own valid identity documents; insured person entrusted to other people to the social insurance agency to inquire about their social insurance individual rights and interests record, the entrusted person needs to hold a written entrustment materials and their own valid identity documents. Article 16 of the Measures for the Administration of the Record of Individual Rights and Interests in Social Insurance: When an insured person or an employer disagrees with the record of individual rights and interests in social insurance, he or she may submit a written application for verification to the social insurance administrative organization and provide relevant supporting materials. The social insurance agency shall conduct a review, and if there is indeed an error, it shall be corrected.
