If the old-age insurance has been paid, the social security department that paid it in that year should inquire about the original payment roster (the original unit should also have a roster for the record). After the inquiry, if the interruption is clearly paid according to the regulations, it can be transferred. After the transfer, individuals or flexible employees can pay their own fees.
