Whether social security is needed depends on the situation of buyers:

Before the house is transferred, as a buyer, you need to show the qualification certificate of buying a house (the qualification certificate of buying a house is issued by the real estate trading center).

Dalian Hukou (including Jinzhou and Beisan in Development Zone) buys houses in four districts of the city. When issuing the certificate of house purchase qualification, they need ID card, household registration book and marriage certificate;

When issuing the certificate of house purchase qualification for foreign household registration: in addition to ID card, household registration book and marriage certificate, social security (more than one year) or tax payment certificate should be provided.

Dalian purchase restriction order:

1. Households with 1 apartment (husband, wife and minor children) can buy 1 apartment (including newly-built commercial housing and second-hand housing).

2. Non-resident families who can provide proof of personal income tax payment or social insurance (urban social insurance) payment for more than 1 year in this city can purchase 1 apartment (including newly-built commercial housing and second-hand housing).

Two:

1. Suspend the sale of houses in this city to households registered in this city who already own two or more houses in this city.

2. Non-local households with 1 set or more houses will be suspended from selling their houses in this city.
