Is my work-related injury salary calculated according to the social security payment base?

In the compensation for work-related injuries, the calculation of my salary is not determined according to the social security payment base. According to the relevant laws and regulations of our country, the compensation base for work-related injuries refers to the average monthly payment salary of employees 12 months before they suffer from accidents or occupational diseases. The specific calculation method is as follows: if the wages of employees are higher than 300% of the average wages of employees in the region, the compensation base for work-related injuries shall be calculated according to 300% of the average wages of employees in the region. If the wages of employees are lower than 60% of the average wages of employees in the region, the compensation base for work-related injuries shall be calculated according to 60% of the average wages of employees in the region. The purpose of this design is to protect the rights and interests of workers injured in work and ensure that they can get reasonable compensation after work injury.
