How to transfer social security accumulation fund to another city?

Before the insured person flows across provinces, he/she will issue the "Basic Endowment Insurance Payment Voucher" to the Social Security Bureau of the original insured place. 2. The insured person shall apply for renewal of insurance at the new social security bureau with the payment voucher, household registration book and ID card. 3. The Social Security Bureau of the new workplace will review whether the applicant meets the standards within 15 working days. 4. After receiving the contact letter 15 working days, the Social Security Bureau of the original insured city will check whether the applicant's insurance payment is in arrears and handle the transfer of the old-age insurance fund, terminate the applicant's insurance relationship in the original city, and issue the basic old-age insurance relationship transfer and connection information form to the new insured city. 5. The social security bureau of the newly insured city shall go through the relevant formalities within 15 working days after receiving the information form and the transferred funds.

Legal basis: According to Article 77 of the Social Insurance Law, the social insurance administrative department of the people's government at or above the county level shall strengthen the supervision and inspection of employers and individuals' compliance with social insurance laws and regulations. The administrative department of social insurance has the right to take the following measures when supervising and inspecting the social insurance fund: (1) consulting, recording and copying the information related to the income and expenditure, management and investment operation of the social insurance fund, and sealing up the information that may be transferred, hidden or lost; (two) ask the units and individuals related to the investigation, and ask them to explain the problems related to the investigation and provide relevant certification materials; (three) to stop the concealment, transfer, embezzlement and misappropriation of social insurance funds and order them to make corrections.
