The medical expenses incurred by the insured residents in the hospital delivery in different places, and the medical expenses that are not settled in the designated medical institutions in this city due to special reasons, shall be paid in full by myself, and shall not exceed 3 months from the date of hospital delivery, or 12 months under special circumstances, and the following documents shall be presented to the medical insurance agency for medical expenses review and reimbursement procedures, and shall not be handled within the time limit:
