Do small and micro enterprises have to pay social security to their employees?

Whether small and micro enterprises or large enterprises, they must participate in the five insurances for employees in accordance with the provisions of the social insurance law, otherwise they will be punished if they violate the law.

Even if an employee applies for personal non-insurance, it will not change the fact that the employer is illegal, and if the employee later advocates social security, the employer will have to pay.
