China Bank Shanxi Social Security Card Social Security Account wants to report the loss?

Loss reporting of social security account:

1. Temporary loss reporting:

(1) I call 12333 to handle the temporary (oral) loss reporting procedures;

(2) When reporting the loss temporarily (verbally), I need to provide any information such as social security card number, name, ID number, company name and company code for the staff to confirm;

(3) 12333 The agent or the staff of the social security card comprehensive service window shall handle the temporary (oral) loss reporting procedures for them after confirming their information.

2. Officially report the loss:

(1) The agent or agent must bring the original and photocopy of his valid ID card and the original and photocopy of the agent's ID card to the handling place;

(2) The agent or agent shall fill in the Shanxi Social Security Card Business Processing Form in the comprehensive service window of the place where the local social security card is issued;

(3) After confirming the information, the staff of the social security card comprehensive service window will go through the formalities of officially reporting the loss and replacing the card, and 30 working days later, they will go through the formalities of picking up the card at the China Bank window where the social security card was originally opened.
