According to the Notice of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Finance on Adjusting the Basic Pension for Retired Persons in 20 17 (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [20 17] No.30) and the Letter on Doing a Good Job in Adjusting the Basic Pension for Retired Persons in 2017 (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Letter [2017]

First, adjust the time and scope.

From 20 17 and 1, the basic pension will be increased for retirees who have gone through retirement procedures and received the basic pension before the end of 20 16 (including resignation, the same below).

Second, adjust standards and methods.

The overall adjustment level is 6% of the actual monthly average basic pension for retirees who participated in the basic old-age insurance for enterprise employees in the province from 2065438 to 2006.

(1) quota adjustment: 40 yuan will be increased per person per month.

(2) hook adjustment:

1. Linked to the payment period: increase the 2.5 yuan for every full year (part of a year is counted as one year; Transition period excluding special jobs).

The payment period of "May 7th Workers" and "Family Workers" is calculated according to 15 years.

2. Linked to my basic pension level: increase by 0.5% of my monthly basic pension in 20 16 years.

(3) Tilt adjustment:

Retirees who meet the following conditions to participate in the basic old-age insurance for enterprise employees shall increase the basic pension according to the following standards:

1. Old workers who met the requirements of Labor Protection Document No.3 before the founding of the People's Republic of China: 1983, and those who joined the work before September 2, 0945, each person will receive a monthly increase in 30 yuan; After September 3rd, 1945, those who take part in the work will increase their 20 yuan every month.

2.1953 65438+February 3 1 (excluding the old workers before the founding of the People's Republic of China who meet the requirements of Labor Insurance [1983]3), the monthly increase of 15 yuan per person.

3. As of 20 16, 12, 3 1, those who have reached the age of 70-79, the 30 yuan will be increased every month; For persons aged 80 and above, 40 yuan will be increased per person per month.

4. Retirees in hard and remote areas: 5 yuan will be increased per person per month in Class I areas, 15 yuan in Class II areas and 15 yuan in Class III areas.

5. If the basic pension for enterprise retired demobilized cadres is lower than the average basic pension level in the whole province after adjustment, it will be adjusted to the average level.

Third, funding channels.

The funds needed for retirees to participate in the basic old-age insurance for enterprise employees to adjust the basic pension shall be paid by the overall fund.
