The full text of the Interim Regulations on the Collection and Payment of Social Insurance Fees

The State Council's "Provisional Regulations on the Collection and Payment of Social Insurance Fees" has not been abolished, but it is still valid.

Social insurance refers to a non-profit social security system with income redistribution function, which is used by the state to prevent and force most social members to participate. Establishing and perfecting the social insurance system is a basic national policy of China, and the collection of social insurance premium is the key link of the social insurance system. At present and for a long time to come, the legislation on the collection and payment of social insurance premiums will only be strengthened. The Provisional Regulations on the Collection and Payment of Social Insurance Fees may be revised with the change of the situation, but it will not be abolished.
