Article 13 The financial system and accounting system of the Unemployment Insurance Fund shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State.

Article 14 Unemployed persons who fulfill the following conditions may receive unemployment insurance benefits:

(1) those who have participated in unemployment insurance in accordance with the regulations, and whose units and themselves have fulfilled their obligations to pay contributions for one year in accordance with the regulations;

(2) those who have interrupted their employment not because of their own will;

(3) those who have registered as unemployed, and who have a requirement to look for work.

While receiving unemployment insurance benefits, the unemployed shall enjoy other unemployment insurance benefits at the same time in accordance with the regulations.

Article 15 An unemployed person shall cease to receive unemployment insurance benefits, and at the same time cease to enjoy other unemployment insurance benefits, if he or she has any of the following circumstances during the period of receiving the unemployment insurance benefits:

(1) re-employment;

(2) enlistment in the military service;

(3) emigration to a place outside the country;

(4) enjoyment of the basic old-age insurance benefits

(v) being sentenced to imprisonment or re-education through labor;

(vi) refusing, without justifiable reasons, to accept a job introduced by a department or institution designated by the local people's government;

(vii) in other cases stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
