Five social security and medical insurance convenience service stations jointly launched by Hainan Social Security Center, China Life Insurance Hainan Branch and Postal Savings Bank Hainan Branch were put into operation, and 12 items of high-frequency social security and medical insurance services were "handled nearby", "handled at multiple points" and "handled quickly". So far, there are 307 social security and medical insurance convenience service stations in the province.

The newly established five social security and medical insurance convenience service stations are located in Haikou City, including China Life Haikou Central Branch, Hainan Branch of Postal Savings Bank, Haiken South Road Branch of Postal Savings Bank, Fucheng Chengdong Branch of Postal Savings Bank and Wenmingdong Branch of Postal Savings Bank. The services launched this time cover 12 high-frequency and low-risk businesses, such as printing the pension income certificate of retirees, inquiring and printing the annual personal rights record, issuing the employer's social security non-violation certificate, filing long-term residents in different places, and social security treatment qualification certification.

In order to effectively meet the needs of enterprises and people to handle business conveniently, the provincial social security center relies on the advantages of large financial institutions, such as wide distribution of outlets, neat equipment and excellent service, and strives to create a new service model of "social security+commercial insurance+bank", promote the construction of 15 minute convenience service circle, and constantly improve the "one-to-many, many-to-many" service system.
