First time to use social security card

Legal analysis: the method/steps of handling social security cards online.

Declaration conditions and materials:

First, people who apply for social security cards must have purchased social security, which is the first time to apply, that is, new users;

Second, a copy of the applicant's ID card is required. If there is no identity card, you can provide a copy of the household registration book. Applicants who are not registered in this city or registered in this city but have not obtained an ID card are required to provide the number of "Application for Digital Photography Receipt with Social Security Card".

1. After the website of Human Resources and Social Security Bureau: open a computer browser, log in to the website, and then click "Online Service"-"Self-service Window Login" to enter the online self-service login page;

2. Login to the online social security card application website: enter the login interface, select the corresponding options of "business type", "business object", "related business" and "inquiry handling", enter the correct personal ID number and name options, and log in to the application system;

3. Personal information verification: Click the menu on the left: (Step 1) Personal information verification, and fill in personal information, which is required with an asterisk. If there is no information about the public security photographer, you should manually enter the "photo receipt" item. If you get the photo receipt from the photo gallery according to the social security card photos, if you already have the police photos, you don't need to enter the photo receipt, and the system has defaulted. After completing the form, check it and click Submit;

4. Print the declaration form: the page will automatically jump to "(Step 2) Print the declaration registration form", and click "Download the registration form" or "Print the registration form": "Download the registration form" means to download and generate the word document "People's Republic of China Social Security Card Application Registration Form" and print it in the print shop; "Print Registration Form" refers to the "Application Registration Form of Social Security Card of the People's Republic of China", which is applicable to users with printers;

5. Print payment book: the page will automatically jump to "(Step 3)" payment book printing, and click "Download payment book" or "Print payment book": "Download payment book" means downloading the word document that generates the non-tax revenue payment notice and printing it in the printing shop, and "Print payment book" means printing the non-tax revenue payment book directly on the web page, which is suitable for users with printers;

6. Personal payment: The whole online application process is completed after the payment slip is printed. Applicants are required to pay fees at ICBC, ABC or CCB with the Notice of Payment of Non-tax Income, get a financial receipt, get a card and activate it.

Legal basis: Article 58 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Social Insurance Law. The employing unit shall handle social insurance registration for employees within 30 days from the date of employment. If the social insurance has not been registered, the social insurance agency shall verify the social insurance premium it should pay. Employees-free individual industrial and commercial households who voluntarily participate in social insurance, part-time employees who do not participate in social insurance in the employing unit and other flexible employees shall apply to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration. The state establishes a national unified personal social security number. Personal social security number is a citizen's identity number.
