According to the national regulations, the enterprise part of the above three social insurance premiums of small and medium-sized enterprises can be reduced or exempted from February to June, and the State Council clearly includes the overall part paid by individual industrial and commercial households with employees. For large enterprises, social insurance premiums can be halved from February to April.
