2. Contributors who have signed a bank debit agreement should ensure that their bank accounts have enough money for automatic debit before November 30th. If there is a change in the bank account (debit through the bank account bound to the social security card, change the social security card in the current year), please sign a new debit agreement with the bank in a timely manner or choose another way to inquire about the payment of fees on your own.

3. Article 4: Employers and individuals in the territory of the People's Republic of China shall, in accordance with the law, pay social insurance premiums and have the right to inquire into the records of payment of premiums and the records of the rights and interests of individuals, and to request that the social insurance administrative organizations provide social insurance consultation and other related services. Individuals enjoy social insurance benefits in accordance with the law, and have the right to supervise the payment of contributions on their behalf by their own units.

Article 57 An employer shall, within thirty days from the date of its establishment and on the basis of its business license, certificate of registration or seal of the employer, apply to the local social insurance agency for registration of social insurance. The social insurance agency shall examine and approve the application within fifteen days from the date of receipt of the application and issue the social insurance registration document.

If the employer's social insurance registration changes or the employer is terminated according to law, the employer shall, within thirty days from the date of change or termination, apply to the social insurance agency for change or cancellation of social insurance registration.

The market supervision and management department, the civil affairs department and the organization and establishment management organs shall promptly notify the social insurance agency of the establishment and termination of the employer, and the public security organs shall promptly notify the social insurance agency of an individual's birth and death, as well as of his or her hukou registration, relocation and cancellation.

Article 58 An employer shall, within thirty days from the date of employment, apply for social insurance registration with a social insurance agency for its employees. If the employer fails to apply for social insurance registration, the social insurance agency shall approve the social insurance premiums to be paid by the employer.

Individual industrial and commercial households without employees who voluntarily participate in social insurance, part-time employees who do not participate in social insurance with their employers, and other flexibly employed persons shall apply to the social insurance administrative organization for social insurance registration.

The State establishes a nationally unified individual social security number. Individual social security numbers are citizens' identity numbers.

Article 59: The people's governments at or above the county level shall strengthen the collection of social insurance premiums.

Social insurance premiums shall be collected in a uniform manner, and the steps and specific measures for implementation shall be prescribed by the State Council.
