Legal person must pay social security

Corporate legal person does not need to pay social security, the company legal person is the enterprise, the enterprise is not required to pay social security, the enterprise can only give in the enterprise's employees to pay social security, therefore, the company legal person does not need to pay social security. However, the legal representative of the company as one of the employees need to pay social security, to pay social security for employees is a mandatory obligation of the enterprise. Article 3 of the Company Law: A company is an enterprise legal person, has independent legal person property and enjoys legal person property right. The company shall be responsible for the debts of the company with all its properties. The shareholders of the limited liability company to the extent of their capital contribution to the company's liability; shareholders of the limited liability company to the extent of their subscription of shares of the company's liability.
