How much is the maternity insurance reimbursement in Jinan?

The reimbursement of maternity insurance in Jinan includes prenatal examination fee, delivery fee, operation fee, hospitalization fee and medicine fee, which shall be paid by the maternity insurance fund according to the following standards:

(1) 300 yuan who is less than 4 months pregnant and has induced abortion;

② Natural delivery or induced labor over 4 months 1.6 million yuan;

③ 2000 yuan for vaginal surgery;

④ 3800 yuan for cesarean section.

The maternity insurance benefits for female employees include maternity allowance in addition to the fixed reimbursement of maternity medical expenses. The calculation formula is: the average monthly salary of employees in the employer where the employees work in the previous year × the number of maternity leave days ÷30.

After the birth of a female worker or the introduction, abortion and the implementation of family planning surgery, the handling personnel of the employer shall carry the relevant procedures to the maternity insurance business window of the comprehensive medical insurance service hall of the Municipal Social Security Bureau to apply for treatment.

To receive maternity insurance benefits, you must carry the following materials:

(1) Letter of introduction from the female employee unit;

(2) A copy of the female employee's ID card;

(3) the original and photocopy of the birth certificate (family planning service manual) issued by the family planning department. If the birth certificate is outside the province and one child is allowed, the original and photocopy of the marriage and childbirth certificate of the floating population with unified national standards shall be provided;

(4) Original and photocopy of birth medical certificate; (Original and photocopy of infant death certificate);

5] Original medical expense receipt (including the original medical expense receipt for prenatal examination);

[6] copy of the first page of hospital medical records and doctor's advice (copy of the first page of hospital medical records shall be stamped with the official seal of the hospital);

(7) if there are birth complications, provide a summary of hospitalization records and a detailed list of hospitalization expenses;

(8) Provide a copy of the female employee's CCB passbook or CCB account number. Please copy the CCB passbook, CCB card and ID card to a piece of A4 paper, and indicate the contact number.

(9) The insured with complications shall provide a copy of ID card and two copies of China Construction Bank account number. Complications will be paid separately, and the reimbursement amount after providing materials will be received within 45 working days.
