Does Guangzhou social security need a residence permit?

Guangzhou collective account, no need to apply for Guangzhou residence permit. I can't handle it either.

Guangzhou collective hukou is also a Guangzhou hukou. The residence permit is only for foreign accounts.

Do not believe that you can go to places where you can apply for a residence permit, such as neighborhood committees and rental housing management centers.
