1. Industrial and commercial business license, or the establishment document approved by the legal person registration certificate of the enterprise or the superior competent department, or other approval documents (originals and photocopies are required);

2 unified organization code certificate issued by the national quality and technical supervision department (original and photocopy);

3. Tax registration certificate (copy);

4. The full name and account number of the company bank.

operation sequence/order

1. The unit shall go through the registration (account opening) formalities at the social security agency within 30 days from the date of obtaining the industrial and commercial business license or the approval of the superior.

2 units to receive the "social insurance registration form", complete and stamped.

3. The original and paper copy of the Social Insurance Registration Certificate issued by the social security agency.

After the newly hired personnel of the insured unit, they should go through the formalities of increasing the number of insured persons in time and pay social insurance premiums from the starting salary month.

The following materials shall be provided during handling:

(1) The first time to participate in social insurance personnel within the scope of urban overall planning, the first time to participate in social insurance personnel in XX city, or the social insurance enrollment roster for staff of government agencies and institutions in XX city, and a copy of the resident ID card. Foreigners and overseas Chinese must provide their valid passports and photocopies of employment certificates for foreigners and overseas Chinese returning to China, and Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao personnel must provide Taiwan Province residents' mainland passes, Hong Kong and Macao residents' travel permits to and from the mainland, and photocopies of employment certificates for Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao personnel.

(2) The list of XX enterprises participating in social insurance or the social insurance enrollment roster of staff of XX institutions, the employee endowment insurance handbook, the transfer table of mobile social insurance relationship among employees of XX city or the transfer table of social insurance relationship of insured personnel of XX institutions.
