If you are not sure of your social security account number, you can bring your ID card to the business hall of the social insurance agency in each district.

2. Online Inquiry

Log on to your city's labor security network or social insurance website, click on the "Personal Social Security Information Inquiry" window, enter your ID card and password (the password is the number of your social security card or ID card's birth month and year), and then you can query your own participation information.

3. Telephone Consultation
