Before inquiring, you must first associate the social security card with the personal mobile banking of BOC, and ensure that the financial account and medical insurance account of the social security card have been activated.

The social security card is associated with personal mobile banking of China Bank. You can log in to Personal Mobile Banking-Account Management of Bank of China and find the account marked "Medical Insurance" in the upper right corner. The corresponding account number is the financial account in the social security card. Click on the financial account to enter the account details, and its medical insurance account will be displayed in the lower right corner of the function bar icon. Click to query the balance of medical insurance account and payment details.
