How to apply for Dalian social security card?

Step 1: Check personal basic information:

1. The insured of the employing unit (school) shall be checked by the unit (school) in a unified way. If you have not applied for the second-generation ID card, submit an electronic bareheaded color photo (in line with the second-generation ID card standard, pixel 358*44 1, resolution 300dpi, jpg format). Insured units can be handled through Dalian human resources and social security online declaration system.

2. Socially managed retirees, flexible employees and insured urban and rural residents can inquire basic information in the streets (towns) under their jurisdiction. If you have not applied for the second-generation ID card, you need to submit an electronic bareheaded color photo (in line with the second-generation ID card standard, pixel 358*44 1, resolution 300dpi, jpg format).

Step 2: Get the social security card:

1. The insured personnel of the employing unit (school) shall print the cover of the roster and the roster (which can be printed through the online declaration system or business window) with the introduction letter of the unit, the original and photocopy of my identity certificate and the business card with official seal, which shall be uniformly collected by the administrator of the employing unit (school) and distributed to the insured personnel of this unit (school);

2. Non-on-the-job personnel can hold the original and photocopy of their identity certificates (agents also need to hold the original and photocopy of their identity certificates) to collect them from the streets (towns) under their jurisdiction.

Dalian's social security card has four processing points:

1. Social Security Card Management Center: No.309, Changjiang Road, Zhongshan District (in bank of dalian next to Champs Elysé es Square).

2. Zhongshan Employment and Social Security Service Center: the first floor of No.35 Rongmin Street, Zhongshan District.

3. Xigang District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau: the third floor of No.588 Changjiang Road, Xigang District (above Darentang Pharmacy).

4. Ganjingzi District Labor and Social Security Bureau: 3rd floor, Songjiang Road 19, Ganjingzi District.

Article 4 Employers and individuals who pay social insurance premiums according to law in People's Republic of China (PRC) have the right to inquire about payment records and personal rights and interests records, and ask social insurance agencies to provide social insurance consultation and other related services.

Individuals enjoy social insurance benefits according to law and have the right to supervise the payment of their own units.

Article 58 An employing unit shall, within 30 days from the date of employment, apply to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration for its employees. If the social insurance has not been registered, the social insurance agency shall verify the social insurance premium it should pay.

Employees-free individual industrial and commercial households who voluntarily participate in social insurance, part-time employees who do not participate in social insurance in the employing unit and other flexible employees shall apply to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration.

The state establishes a national unified personal social security number. Personal social security number is a citizen's identity number.
