As you are registered in Shenzhen, no work unit can continue to pay medical insurance and endowment insurance as an individual, and the other three items cannot be purchased as an individual.

Relevant laws and regulations do not stipulate where enterprises must buy social security, so in general, employees buy social security at the place where they sign contracts with the company, and the company is registered locally. You should buy social security locally. The minimum payment base of old-age insurance in Shenzhen is lower than that in Dongguan. If you want to be insured in Shenzhen instead of working in Shenzhen, you have to go to someone else's company to be insured. In this case, the social security fee is paid in full by yourself. If the company in Dongguan can make up the money for you, there is no problem. If the company doesn't make up the money, it will add money to join the insurance.
