Qingdao's new retirement age policy

1. Qingdao men who have reached the age of sixty and women who have reached the age of fifty and have accumulated ten years of service;

2. Qingdao men who have reached the age of fifty-five and women who have reached the age of forty-five and have accumulated ten years of service and are engaged in underground, high altitude, high temperature, particularly heavy physical labor or other work harmful to health;

3. Qingdao men who have reached the age of fifty and women who have reached the age of forty-five shall be permitted to retire upon certification by a hospital and confirmation by a labor appraisal committee that they have completely lost their ability to work.

4. Forty-five years of age, the cumulative service of ten years, certified by the hospital, and confirmed by the Labor Appraisal Committee, the total loss of working capacity should be allowed to retire.

The statutory retirement age refers to the Interim Measures of the State Council on the Settlement of Old, Weak, Sick and Disabled Cadres and the Interim Measures of the State Council on the Retirement and Retirement of Workers, which were approved in principle by the Standing Committee of the Fifth National People's Congress at its second meeting on May 24, 1978, and which are still in force.

One of the conditions for retirement is as follows:

1. Men have reached the age of 60 years; women have reached the age of 50 years; and women have reached the age of 60 years, with a continuous service period of 10 years. If a man reaches the age of 60 and a woman reaches the age of 50, with 10 years of continuous service;

2. If a man reaches the age of 55 and a woman reaches the age of 45, with 10 years of continuous service, while engaged in underground, high-altitude, high-temperature, particularly heavy physical labor or other work harmful to one's health. This provision also applies to the working conditions and workers with the same grass-roots cadres;

3, men reaching the age of 50, women reaching the age of 45, with 10 years of continuous service;

Two, the procedures for retirement:

1, the declarant is ready to ID card, household registration, photographs and declaration of the relevant materials of the retirement;

2, the applicant to the unit, declare, the Enterprises exist to go to the enterprise, the unemployed go to the jurisdiction of the Employment Bureau to declare;

3, the enterprise, the Employment Bureau to the local human resources and social services departments to declare;

4, qualified, the file is transferred to the local social security bureau, the social security bureau is responsible for approving the treatment;

Legal basis:

"The State Council on the retirement of workers, the provisional measures for retirement, the first universal ownership of the enterprise, Workers in institutions and Party and government organs and mass organizations shall retire if they meet one of the following conditions:

(1) Men who have reached the age of sixty and women who have reached the age of fifty, with ten years of continuous service.

(2) Those who are engaged in underground, high-altitude, high-temperature, particularly heavy physical labor or other work harmful to health, and who have reached the age of fifty-five for men and forty-five for women, with ten years of continuous service.

The provisions of this subparagraph also apply to basic cadres whose working conditions are the same as those of workers.

(3) Men who have reached the age of fifty and women who have reached the age of forty-five, with ten years of continuous service, are certified by a hospital and confirmed by the Labor Appraisal Committee that they are totally incapacitated for work.

(4) Disabled at work, certified by the hospital and confirmed by the Labor Appraisal Committee, with total loss of labor capacity.
