How to transfer social security from Chaoyang to Shunyi

Hello, if it is an inter-unit transfer insurance, you must first have an accepted unit in Shunyi District, and then you can directly transfer the social security relationship in Fengtai District to a new unit, which is equivalent to transferring to Shunyi District.
