1. After the local tax authorities in various districts of Guangzhou terminate the insurance, the applicant applies for transfer by printing (ordinary account: payment voucher for basic old-age insurance) or (temporary account: contact letter/receipt for transfer of payment account for temporary basic old-age insurance) at the social security agencies in various districts of Guangzhou:

The applicant applies for transfer to the social security agency in the new place of employment, and submits relevant materials such as "Certificate of Payment for Participating in Basic Endowment Insurance" or "Contact Letter/Receipt for Transfer of Payment Account for Temporary Basic Endowment Insurance".

The social security agency in the new employment place agrees to transfer and issue (Contact Letter for Transfer and Continuation of Basic Endowment Insurance Relationship for General Account) and (Contact Letter for Transfer of Payment Account for Temporary Basic Endowment Insurance for Temporary Account Receipt). The letter can be directly mailed to the social security agencies in all districts of Guangzhou by the social security agencies in the new employment place. Networking areas can upload contact letters or receipts through the Ministry-to-Ministry platform, and can also be carried by the insured to the front desk of social security agencies in various districts of Guangzhou for handling.

4. After receiving the contact letter or receipt, the social security agencies in all districts of Guangzhou shall go through the transfer procedures, issue the Information Form on the Transfer and Continuation of the Basic Endowment Insurance Relationship, and transfer the fund. The information form can be directly mailed by the social security agencies in all districts of Guangzhou or uploaded to the social security agencies in the new place of employment through the departmental transfer platform in the networked areas, or brought to the front desk of the social security agencies in the new place of employment by the insured.

5. The social security agency in the new place of employment shall handle the transfer and connection business after receiving the Information Form on the Transfer and Connection of Basic Endowment Insurance Relationship and checking that the funds are correct.
