Reimbursement of maternity insurance refers to the supplementary behavior of maternity insurance to employees who meet the following conditions: giving birth in line with the national family planning policy or carrying out family planning surgery. Or employees who have participated in maternity insurance for a total of one year and are still insured when giving birth (abortion) shall enjoy maternity insurance benefits according to relevant regulations.

Maternity insurance reimbursement scope:

Workers in any of the following circumstances can enjoy maternity allowance in accordance with state regulations:

(1) Female employees enjoy maternity leave;

(2) enjoy family planning surgery leave;

(3) Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.

(Average monthly salary of employees in the last year of the employer where employees work /30 days × holiday days)

Holidays:

① Normal maternity leave is 90 days (including prenatal examination 15 days);

② The one-child leave is increased by 35 days;

(3) The maternity leave for late childbirth is increased by 15 days;

4 maternity leave is difficult. Caesarean section and third degree rupture of perineum increased by 30 days; Suction delivery, forceps delivery and breech delivery increased 15 days;

Maternity insurance reimbursement process:

I. Maternity allowance

1, required materials:

One original and one copy of the marriage certificate;

One original and one copy of the Maternity Service Certificate;

One original and one copy of the baby's birth certificate;

One original and one copy of the medical diagnosis certificate;

"Maternity Allowance Applicant Information Registration Form" in duplicate (filled in with black pen).

Note: The above copies must be on A4 paper.

2. Submission time: every month 1- 10 days (2 months after the baby is born).

3. Handling process: the unit manager will submit the above materials to the social security center, and pay the maternity allowance within 30 working days after accepting the approval.

Meet the conditions of enjoying the late childbirth (at least 23 years old) incentive allowance, and both husband and wife choose the object of enjoying the late childbirth allowance in the Information Registration Form of Maternity Allowance Applicants, which shall be signed and confirmed by both husband and wife, and sealed by both parties.

If both husband and wife have participated in maternity insurance, the woman's unit shall fill in the "Registration Form for Personnel Applying for Maternity Allowance"; If the woman has not participated in maternity insurance, and the man has participated in maternity insurance, and the man enjoys maternity allowance, the unit where the man works shall fill in the Information Registration Form for Persons Applying for Maternity Allowance in Beijing (in duplicate) and make a declaration.

Two, maternity medical expenses (prenatal examination)

1, required materials:

One original and one copy of the Maternity Service Certificate;

A copy of the baby's birth certificate;

Copy of medical diagnosis certificate;

All original receipts and prescriptions (Chinese and western medicine fees) are sorted out smoothly according to the date (medical expenses can be reimbursed to 4 yuan);

Application Form for Manual Reimbursement of Maternity Insurance Medical Expenses (filled in with black signature pen).

2. Submission time: every month 1- 10 days (2 months after the baby is born).

3. Handling process: the manager of the insured unit submits the above materials to the social security center, and pays the maternity medical (prenatal examination) fee within 30 working days after accepting the examination and approval.

Three, family planning surgery medical expenses (hospitalization)

1, required materials:

One original and one copy of the Maternity Service Certificate;

A copy of the baby's birth certificate;

Copy of medical diagnosis certificate;

All receipts, prescriptions (Chinese and western medicine fees), details of hospitalization expenses and original hospitalization settlement list are sorted in chronological order (medical expenses can be reimbursed to 4 yuan);

2. Submission time: every month 1- 10 days (2 months after the baby is born).

3. Handling process: the unit manager submits the above materials to the social security center on June 5438+0-20 every month, and pays the medical expenses for family planning surgery within 30 working days after accepting the approval.
