How do enterprises pay social security certificates?
(1) The insurance certificate that the insured unit is the insured.

(2) Social insurance certificate that the applicant is himself.

2. If the insured entrusts others to handle it, the trustee shall hold a copy of his ID card or residence booklet, the original and copy of the insured ID card, and the power of attorney.
3. Fill in the Application Form for Social Insurance Certificate.
Accepting department:
1, Ministry, provincial and municipal insured units are accepted by the lobby of the Municipal Social Security Bureau (among them, enterprise payment units are accepted by the enterprise insurance window, and other payment units are accepted by the enterprise insurance window).
2. It belongs to the insured unit accepted by the local social insurance office.
3. Self-employed workers go to cities. Regional social insurance institutions.
Registration:
The insured unit shall, within 30 days from the date of obtaining the business license or establishment, apply to the social security agency for social insurance registration.
When handling social insurance registration, the insured units shall fill in the Information Registration Form of Social Insurance Units in Beijing (form 1) and present the following documents and materials:
(1) The enterprise holds the Business License of Enterprise as a Legal Person (copy);
(2) Institutions hold the Certificate of Legal Person of Institutions (copy);
(3) Social organizations hold "legal person registration certificate for Social Organizations" (copy);
(four) the administrative letter of introduction from the state organ to the unit;
(five) the unified code certificate issued by the national quality and technical supervision department;
(six) other relevant documents and materials approved for practice.
Foreign-invested enterprises must also hold the Approval Certificate for Foreign-invested Enterprises in People's Republic of China (PRC) issued by relevant departments.
The offices (institutions) established in Beijing by foreign countries, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and foreign institutions shall present the Registration Certificate of Permanent Representative Office of Foreign (Regional) Enterprises or the Registration Certificate of Foreign-invested Enterprises' Offices issued by the Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce.
A domestic branch with the status of an unincorporated person in Beijing must also provide a power of attorney issued by a superior legal entity to participate in Beijing's social insurance co-ordination.
The social security participation certificate needs to be issued by the Social Security Bureau. If the social security bureau can't find your social security payment record, it is impossible to issue you a social security certificate.
