According to the Notice of Chongqing Municipal People's Government on Printing and Distributing the Interim Measures for Retirement of Employees Participating in the Basic Old-age Insurance for Enterprise Employees (Yu Fu Fa [2004] No.95) and the Notice of Chongqing Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Labor Security on Printing and Distributing the Opinions on the Calculation and Distribution of the Basic Pension for Urban Employees (No.275 from Renshe Fa [20/KLOC-0]) and other documents,

(1) Employer insured: male, over 60 years old; Female, workers over 50 years old, cadres over 55 years old.

(2) Individual insured: male, over 60 years old; Female, who participated in the basic old-age insurance for enterprise employees before 1996 1 is over 50 years old, and who participated in the basic old-age insurance for enterprise employees after 1996 1 is over 55 years old, regardless of the same payment period. If one of the above two items is met and the payment period (including deemed payment period, excluding converted length of service) is over 15 years or more, normal retirement can be handled.
