3. Inter-provincial medical records in different places

On the homepage of the national medical insurance service platform APP, click "Off-site filing" under online processing to enter the "Off-site medical treatment" page, and click "Off-site medical treatment filing application".

4. Record query

After applying for cross-provincial medical record in different places, you can find the record at the bottom of the "Record in Different Places" page, and click to inquire about the record results and details.

Go to the doctor.

The insured who has successfully filed a medical record can go to the designated medical insurance hospital for medical record, and the medical expenses can be directly settled by medical insurance electronic certificate or entity card. The direct settlement of medical treatment in different places shall be implemented in accordance with the Catalogue of Medical Treatment Places in Different Places, Management of Medical Treatment Places in Different Places, and the Policy of My Insured Place.

Failing to go through the registration formalities as required (except emergency), the medical expenses incurred will not be reimbursed.
