Applicable personnel (1) German employees (hereinafter referred to as "German employees") who are unable to provide certificates issued by medical insurance institutions or the Federal Employees' Insurance Bureau (Berlin) that collects pension insurance premiums and unemployment insurance premiums from Germany; (2) Korean nationals employed in China (hereinafter referred to as "Korean nationals") cannot provide insurance certificates issued by the National Pension Administration of Korea. If the above-mentioned personnel have reached the legal retirement age in China when they are employed in China, they can be exempted from paying the basic old-age insurance premium and unemployment insurance premium in China and do not enjoy the relevant social insurance benefits in China. Second, about the insurance project (1) Germans participate in old-age insurance and unemployment insurance; (2) Korean nationals participate in endowment insurance. Three. The collection time, payment ratio and base of social insurance premiums for German and Korean employees employed in China shall be calculated from the effective date of the Sino-German agreement and the Sino-Korean agreement respectively. The payment ratio and payment base shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the insured place. Four. China employees with German and Korean nationality who have gone through the formalities (1) must show their residence certificates, valid passports or other valid documents that can explain their identity, as well as employment certificates of China nationals and foreigners, and their units will go to the local (or local) social insurance agencies to go through the insurance formalities. (II) Social insurance agencies shall, in accordance with the requirements of unified coding, establish lifelong personal accounts of basic old-age insurance for the insured German and Korean nationals, and establish information such as the Chinese and foreign names, nationalities, employment certificates or foreign experts' ID numbers and codes of the insured in the database. (3) The social insurance premiums of German and Korean nationals are calculated according to regulations and paid in RMB in principle. (four) Germany and South Korea personnel employment units change, should bring relevant information to the original insured social insurance agencies to handle the old-age insurance relationship and personal account transfer procedures in a timely manner. (5) When German and Korean nationals leave the country to terminate their labor relations, they must show the exit procedures verified by the public security department and the certification materials issued by the relevant departments, and go through the formalities of sealing the personal accounts of the basic old-age insurance at the social insurance agency that manages their insurance registration procedures. Upon my application, the social insurance agency can pay the personal account of basic old-age insurance in one lump sum, cancel the personal account, terminate the relationship between old-age insurance and unemployment insurance, and the unemployment insurance premium previously paid by the staff in Germany will not be refunded. V. About Social Insurance Benefits (1) Germans and Koreans in China enjoy basic old-age insurance benefits according to the regulations of the areas participating in the basic old-age insurance. Those who have reached the legal retirement age in China (men over 60 years old and women over 55 years old) and the accumulated payment period exceeds 15 years can receive the basic pension on a monthly basis; If the accumulated payment period is less than 15, the accumulated amount of personal account pension will be paid in one lump sum. When a person who has obtained the qualification to receive the basic pension on a monthly basis leaves the country, the social insurance agency may pay the pension to its entrusted domestic agent on a monthly basis, or upon his own application and issue the materials specified in Item (5) of Article 4 of this Notice, or pay the pension accumulated in his personal account in one lump sum, and no longer enjoy the basic pension treatment on a monthly basis. (two) German nationals in China enjoy unemployment insurance benefits according to the regulations of the areas where they participate in unemployment insurance. Unemployed people should go to the local unemployment insurance agency for unemployment insurance registration. Those who pass the examination will receive unemployment insurance benefits and enjoy other unemployment insurance benefits. Those who leave the country will stop enjoying and terminate the unemployment insurance relationship from the date of going through the exit formalities. The participation of German and Korean nationals in China's social insurance involves China's foreign political and economic cooperation and other rights and interests.
