How many social security accounts does a person have?

If a person has two social insurance accounts because one of them was handled with an old ID card, and now he has a new ID card and another social insurance account, and he is in the same area, he can apply to the Social Security Bureau to merge the two accounts with his ID card, save the current account and identity information, and merge the old insurance account with the new insurance account.
