Shenzhen children's medical insurance

Procedures for handling children's medical insurance in Shenzhen;

Insurance conditions:

1. Children registered in Shenzhen: unconditional restrictions.

2. Children with foreign household registration: studying in kindergarten or school, and one parent has paid social insurance in Shenzhen for more than one year in the last three years. Both conditions are required.

Provide information:

1. Children's and Guardian's Household Register

2. Child's birth certificate

3. One parent's bank account number (no bank restriction, passbook or card is acceptable, recommended by China, home, work and construction).

Copies of the above three items are required.

4. Children's digital photo receipt (write down the child's name, gender and ID number, all children need to provide)

5. Family planning certificate issued by the neighborhood committee living in Shenzhen (not provided by Shenzhen hukou, not provided by children living in Shenzhen hukou).

6. One of the parents is a staff member, and it is necessary to provide proof of the unit that has not participated in family overall medical care.

Processing flow:

1). Students and college students:

The insured person (student) shall submit the application materials to the affiliated school, and the school shall handle the insurance formalities uniformly. The school uploads the information of all registered students to the social security agency through the online declaration system of the Municipal Social Security Bureau;

2). Children not in the park:

A, the insured person shall submit the application materials to the community workstation and street where he lives, and the community and street shall accept the application materials and report them to the social security agency after the preliminary examination;

B the insured person submits the application materials to the social security agency in the place of residence, and the social security agency accepts the application materials.

3). Student or guardian login:

Enter the query information of ID card in "Online Declaration of Students' Medical Insurance" and "Online Declaration of Shenzhen Children's Medical Insurance" to confirm the application for insurance (the information is inaccurate and corrected by the school); Print or fill in the Shenzhen Children's Medical Insurance Information Registration Form (hereinafter referred to as the Registration Form); Families of students who don't have access to the Internet can fill in the registration form and go to the school to confirm their application for insurance. Remarks: College students log into the online confirmation system of Shenzhen University Students in the online declaration of student medical insurance.

Proportion of children's medical insurance reimbursement in Shenzhen:

Qifubiaozhun for hospitalization: first-class and below hospitals in the city 100 yuan, second-class hospitals in the city, 200 yuan, third-class hospitals in the city, 300 yuan, and non-local hospitals, 400 yuan. Insured children and college students were referred to different hospitals for hospitalization, and hospitalization deductible lines were calculated respectively.

Insured children and college students can enjoy outpatient medical insurance benefits for serious illness due to outpatient dialysis for chronic renal failure, outpatient use of anti-rejection drugs after organ transplantation, outpatient chemotherapy for malignant tumor, interventional therapy, radiotherapy or radionuclide therapy, hemophilia and aplastic anemia with the approval of the municipal social insurance agency.

* The outpatient medical expenses (including emergency) paid by the community outpatient co-ordination fund to each inpatient medical insurance insured within one medical insurance year shall not exceed the maximum in 800 yuan.
