There are four main situations in which social security units pay back: those who pay back for nearly three months in that year, those who pay back for more than three months in that year, those who pay back in the New Year, and those who owe money. The following are the first two situations.

5. The employer shall provide the proof of the labor (employment) relationship with the insured during the overdue period, and the wage income voucher (stamped with the official seal and the income voucher stamped with the financial seal).

Note: When the payment is made at the headquarters of the Social Security Center, it needs to be made for the record: from 20 11September1day, when the unit handles the payment business, it must first go to the Audit and Supervision Department for the record, and then make the payment in the business hall. The same business is valid in the month of filing.

Materials required by the unit for filing:
