Does the hometown medical insurance card conflict with the company social security card?

There is generally no conflict. Workers' hometown should belong to rural or urban cooperative medical care, which does not affect employees' participation in the work unit. If workers want to see a doctor at home, they can reimburse them with their family cards. If they are working, they can use company insurance. There is no difference between personal social security and unit social security, but there is a difference in the amount of payment.

Twenty-eighth medical expenses that meet the basic medical insurance drug list, diagnosis and treatment items, medical service facilities standards and emergency treatment and rescue shall be paid by the basic medical insurance fund in accordance with state regulations.
