Because the black-and-white printer is used for printing at present, the color of the electronic seal is black, which is different from that of the traditional physical seal. Four, stamped with the electronic seal of the business form in the city and its regional social security system is effective. When necessary, the insured unit or the insured person may require the social security institution to affix a physical seal on the business form.
