Recommended candidates should focus on manufacturing enterprises, especially manufacturing high-quality development enterprises announced by provincial and municipal governments [future factories, industrial internet platforms, eagle action cultivation enterprises, manufacturing single champion enterprises, specialized and innovative "little giant" enterprises, invisible champion enterprises, leading enterprises with average yield per mu in manufacturing industry and the first enterprise in manufacturing industry]; High-skilled talents with certain industry influence, such as the director of the skill master studio at or above the county level and the naming of advanced operation methods, are preferred.

Those who are selected into provincial talent training programs in various high-skill fields, and those who are honored by Class D talents in Wenzhou high-level talent catalogue are not recommended. The selected personnel of "Ouyue Craftsman" are awarded certificates by the Municipal Talent Office, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, and listed in the E category of Wenzhou Talent Classification Catalogue, enjoying corresponding policy support.

The municipal and county governments arrange financial support funds for "Ouyue Artisans" and give "Ouyue Artisans" * * * 1 10,000 yuan of support according to the current financial system. The local human resources and social security departments are responsible for issuing support funds, and the support funds for "Ouyue Artisans" are allocated in one lump sum.

If "Ouyue Craftsman" is selected into the talent project at the same level or higher level this year, the project support funds will be allocated according to the principle of "high is not low, no repeated enjoyment, and the difference will be made up".
