The employer shall, within fifteen days from the date of termination of the labor contract with the worker, bring the worker's personal file, fill in the "Wuxi City Notice of Termination or Discharge of Labor Relationships" and other relevant materials to the municipal or district employment management department of the Bureau of Human Resources and Insurance under the jurisdiction of the registration record.
