What if social security fails to reduce staff in time?

Legal analysis: If the original unit does not cooperate with the downsizing, it can apply for compulsory downsizing in the institution (Social Security Bureau or Human Resources and Social Security Bureau) where the original company paid social security, or apply to the Labor Bureau for arbitration, and the Labor Bureau will issue a document to the Social Security Bureau to downsize.

Legal basis: Article 63 of the Social Insurance Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that if an employer fails to pay social insurance premiums in full and on time, the social insurance premium collection agency shall order it to pay or make up within a time limit.
