How to apply for Beijing pension retirement for foreigners

The conditions for foreigners to apply for retirement in Beijing are as follows:

1, to reach the legal retirement age, female 50 years old, male 60 years old; female cadres 55 years old, cadres are generally cadres of the organization unit, for most of the ordinary participants need not be taken into account, and there are a number of special types of work, special types of work and cadre status, the need for review of the file;

2, the social security account is not a temporary account, men after 50 years of age, women after 40 years of age to pay for the temporary account. That is, before the age of 50 for men and 40 for women, you need to have been insured in Beijing;

3. 15 years or more of accumulated contributions before retirement age, of which 10 years were paid in Beijing;

4. This article needs to be reminded, at present, non-Beijing household registration in Beijing for retirement, need to be applied by the insured unit, that is to say, after meeting the above conditions, in the period before the retirement, is required to participate in the normal insurance in Beijing.

Legal basis: Article 2 of the Interim Measures of the State Council on the Retirement and Retirement of Workers

Workers shall be paid a monthly retirement allowance according to the following criteria until their death.

(1) Those who meet the conditions of Article 1 (1), (2) and (3) and participated in revolutionary work during the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression shall be paid ninety percent of their standard salary. Participation in revolutionary work during the liberation war, according to 80 percent of my standard salary. For those who participated in revolutionary work after the founding of the People's Republic of China, seventy-five percent of their standard salary shall be paid for twenty years of continuous service; seventy percent of their standard salary shall be paid for fifteen years of continuous service but less than twenty years of continuous service; sixty percent of their standard salary shall be paid for ten years of continuous service but less than fifteen years of continuous service. Retirement contributions less than twenty-five dollars, according to twenty-five dollars.

(2) In accordance with the conditions of Article 1 (4), if a person needs assistance in eating and living, he shall be paid ninety percent of his standard salary, and may also be paid a certain amount of nursing fee according to the actual situation, and the standard of nursing fee shall not exceed the salary of an ordinary worker; if a person does not need assistance in eating and living, he shall be paid eighty percent of his standard salary.

When two or more conditions for retirement exist at the same time, the highest standard shall be paid. If the retirement payment is less than thirty-five dollars, it shall be paid at thirty-five dollars.
