Yichang flexible employment social security payment base

Flexible employees pay fees according to the local social security payment base in the current year. 100% of the payment base is the first file, 80% is the second file and 60% is the third file. I don't know what the payment base is, and I don't know how you choose the payment grade. It can't be your payment.
