Fresh graduates refer to students who are about to graduate or have graduated in the year of graduation. Simply put, a student's last year in college is a fresh graduate. Those who don't take part in the work are enrolled by the state, and those who don't work during the job-seeking period (the job-seeking period is two years as stipulated by the state, and it is extended to three years in some places) are treated as fresh college graduates, or stay in graduate employment departments at all levels (graduate employment guidance service centers), talent exchange service institutions at all levels and public employment service institutions at all levels. However, the status of fresh graduates is only retained for two years.

There are four kinds of fresh graduates.
