Financial application password setting

The financial application password is set when the social security IC card is activated.

The financial application password can be changed at Bank of Guiyang branches, ATMs and self-service terminals.

If the cardholder forgets the financial application password, he/she will go to Bank of Guiyang branches with a valid ID card to apply for the lost password, and after the 1-day lost period expires, the cardholder himself/herself will apply for the password reset at the lost branch.
