Password of the medical card: Insured employees can change the password by calling the retail department of BOC. If an employee changes his/her password, he/she can call 95566 to change it, or he/she can hold his/her ID card and go to the savings office of BOC to change it. If he/she forgets his/her password, he/she can hold his/her ID card and go to the savings office of BOC to lose his/her password and change it.

Medicare Card Custody: Participating employees should keep their medical card in good condition. If it is lost inadvertently, they should immediately go to their units to issue a letter of proof and go to the medical insurance office to have it stamped for confirmation and then go to the savings office of BOC to hang up their ID cards. If you lose your card, you should immediately go to the medical insurance office to get a letter from your unit and get it stamped and confirmed, then go to the savings office of the Bank of China with your ID card to report the loss and go through the procedure of replacing the card, and you can get a new card after 7 days;

Note: When the number of transactions on the medical insurance card reaches 60, the insured employee must go to the savings office of the Bank of China to print the transaction record, otherwise, the use of the card will be stopped. After the transaction records are printed, the card can continue to be used.
